The short version

Super Rocko is a free game for kids. There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no ads, and we don't collect personal information about anyone. Your best scores and sound settings stay in your own browser. We don't use cookies, analytics or trackers.

Super Rocko (“the Game,” superrocko.com) is part of Rocko's World and is operated by Rocko's World (“we,” “us”). We care about everyone's privacy, especially children's. This policy explains exactly what we do and don't collect.

What we don't collect

We never ask for or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, birthdays, photos, logins or locations. There are no user accounts, no profiles, no chat and nothing for anyone to post. We don't keep play statistics about you. We don't sell or share personal information, because we don't have any.

What stays on your device

To make the Game nicer, it saves a few things in your browser's local storage:

your best scores (one for each difficulty) and the most goodies you've collected in one flight,
the difficulty you picked, and
your sound settings (music and sounds on or off, and their volumes).

This stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can remove it anytime by clearing your browser's data for this site. We don't use cookies.

Checking for a new version

While the Game is open, it asks our server every so often whether a newer version is available, so it can offer an “Update now” button. That request contains no information about you; it simply downloads a small file listing the latest version number.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the Game. Like any web host, it processes your connection (including your IP address) to deliver pages and protect the Game from attacks.

Google Fonts supplies the Game's lettering. To deliver the fonts, Google receives your device's IP address; see Google's privacy policy for details.

We don't use analytics services, advertising trackers or social-media pixels.

Advertising

There are no ads in the Game today. We may add ads in the future to help keep it free. If we do, we will only use kid-appropriate, non-personalized (contextual) ads with no behavioral tracking or profiling of children, and we'll update this policy before any ads appear.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

The Game is made for children as well as families. In keeping with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not collect personal information from children under 13, or from anyone else. Because nothing we keep identifies a child, there is nothing for a parent to review or delete. If you think a child has somehow sent us personal information (for example, by emailing us), contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top. If we ever change how we handle children's information, we'll make the change clear here first.
